Every year, the organisation of the Alpe d’Huez Triathlon proposes a satisfaction survey to the participants of the previous edition. The purpose of this survey is to identify the aspects that need to be improved in the following season and to draw a very clear picture of the event’s strengths and, above all, its weaknesses. To do this, we use Survey Monkey, a platform specialized in online surveys.
These surveys are anonymous; all personal information is stored by Survey Monkey.
