Cádomotus 2024: colours and performance for everyone!

Dutch brand Cádomotus, which made a sensational entry into triathlon thanks to its carbon cycling shoes (chosen by 70.3 world champion Rico Bogen, 3rd in the recent PTO T100 San Francisco stage), is launching its new 2024 products. Attractive prices, an extended range and new helmet colours: the official partner of the Alpe d’Huez Triathlon will showcase its latest innovations from 22th to 26th July at the Village Expo.

More accessible shoes

We already know the Chronos Aero and Worldcup T2, two models designed to go fast over all distances with their unique carbon shells, their aerodynamics and their thermoformable footwear. To appeal to a wider audience, Cádomotus designed two new versions, making them more accessible, both technically and financially. Their code name? “4E” stands for “4 (for) everyone”.

The Worldcup 4E is clearly aimed at the Sprint format, with its design adapted to fast transitions. The ultra-light upper offers real comfort and optimum air circulation, keeping your feet dry and cool throughout the race: an asset for a summer event like the Alpe d’Huez Triathlon! The ultra-rigid carbon sole makes the most of every pedal stroke, while the shoe adapts to every foot size. An innovative assembly technique eliminates the need for seams, eliminating friction areas. More accessible than the Worldcup T2, the Worldcup 4E is nonetheless a high-performance product, but at a more affordable price. Its light weight and excellent energy transfer make it particularly well-suited to the slopes of Alpe d’Huez.

The Chronos 4E is designed for long-distance cycling. With the same design and aerodynamics as its predecessor, the Chronos Aero, the Chronos 4E offers improved comfort and ventilation. Fitted with a rigid carbon sole with a flattened profile, it also offers excellent energy transfer. The footbed, without the carbon shell of the Chronos Aero, is more adjustable and better suited to all foot types. The optimised ventilation keeps feet cool, even in the hot weather that usually prevails at the Alpe d’Huez Triathlon. With its lower, more affordable price tag, and a design that makes it more comfortable and more universal, the Chronos 4E is positioned as a versatile model.

Helmets to suit all tastes

As for helmets, we’re already familiar with the Omega range, a concentrate of aerodynamics, comfort and style. This season, Cádomotus is spicing up its collection by introducing some bold colours:

CARDINAL: a bright, shiny red to express the passion and energy of sport… and to assert your boldness and personality!

FROST: a sleek look for this slightly bluish, glossy shade that’s reminiscent of ice, yet discreet and pure.

EMERALD: a colour with a nod to the environment and the connection with nature, to assert your values without sacrificing elegance.

FANDANGO: a mix of pink and purple that will appeal to women and men alike. For women, this pretty colour expresses femininity without being overly girly, while for men, Fandango is a challenge to the norm and a truly trendy choice.
