New partner! The Dutch triathlon helmet and bag brand Cádomotus has become an official partner of the Alpe d’Huez Triathlon for the next two years. This collaboration is the first of its kind for the event, which is proud to be associated with an innovative and promising brand specialising in customisation (you will see this soon). Cádomotus was born in 2007 in the Netherlands, THE country of skating. Founded by the engineer Diederik Hol, the brand was initially aimed at speed skaters, with a range of products that were as innovative as they were accessible, before its natural evolution towards cycling… and triathlon. This season, Cádomotus helmets and bags will continue their irresistible progress on the French market, with a stage in altitude at the Alpe d’Huez Triathlon in July.
The OMEGA and SIGMA 2 helmets are characterised by their creator’s passion for innovation in elite sport, and their main feature is the compatibility of visors available in different colours, thanks to a simple and clever system of magnetic clips. The Cádomotus SIGMA 2 is in line with the current design trends: it is compact, light and robust, with generous air inlets to keep the head cool. The SIGMA 2 also has an integrated net for added comfort and safety. It is the ideal partner for safe year-round riding. The OMEGA offers a helmet for cyclists looking for an aerodynamic and well ventilated product. Its sleek design does not affect its comfort, facilitated by a horizontal and vertical tightening system: it adapts to all heads.
If its technical approach is original, it is the Cádomotus customisation service that is the most surprising. The riders, guided by a technician specialised in the brand, will be able to give free play to their creativity and obtain a unique helmet in their own colours, subject to a minimum quantity of helmets to be ordered ( 12 weeks between validation of the order and delivery). To demonstrate this, there is nothing better than to give an example: a very special “Alpe d’Huez Triathlon” version is of course being developed. The two teams of graphic designers are working together on this creation which may amaze you. Stay tuned: this is just the beginning.
